Description: Just back from a road trip buying stamps, we were fortunate to buy several estates and this is one of them that goes from 1840 to 1999. This is one of the cleanest collections we have seen in a long time! There are no pencil marks in any of the albums. The pages are in perfect shape. The cost of the pages and binders alone are worth well over $6000! Over 1800 pictures were taken and that only shows part of what is in here! Even the Part I, 1840 to 1940, are nicely filled with many better classics. 34 albums in all in which there are 27 Scott Internationals and 7 White Ace!   Pages complete to 1999! Albums are broken down as follows: 1840 - 1940 are in two albums, 1940 to 1990 are in 18 albums, 1990 to 1999 are in 7 albums, Ireland in in 3 albums and Canada is in 4 albums. We were not able to count all the stamps but based on the pictures, almost 1900 pictures, and knowing we could have taken thousands more, there are many, many tens of thousands of stamps in all! The first pictures are from the 1840 to 1940 albums, then the White Ace albums and then the rest. There is also a considerable amount of mint issues in the later years. All large lots are bound to have stamps in all different conditions and different grades. It is impossible to check all the stamps in these large lots to see what the grade, condition or authenticity of a particular stamp or stamps are. There is NO RESERVE on this lot. Look at the pictures to determine what this lot is worth to you. There are six boxes weighing about 300 pounds total so shipping for the US is FREE, Canada and Mexico is $600 and the rest of the world is $1000. Assume that for most collections or large lots, the condition of the stamps are in all grades. Stamps or lots described with faults, or are in all conditions and grades,  are not returnable. Unless there is a certificate with a stamp, all others cannot be warranted since we do not have a panel of experts to look at them. Most stamps though, are identifiable through catalogs, but since we do not expertise, it is possible for a stamp to be mismarked when we got it or when looked up in a catalog. We do our best, when marking stamps, to correctly mark it and the feedbacks reflect that. Because we sell a lot of large lots, we cannot check each and every stamp to see if it has the right number on it.
