HA HA!    If you know your stamps....you should know that this is an extremely rare plate number.  I have been an APS member for over 25 years.  My APS number is 129532. I guarantee that this stamp is genuine and fault free.  Returns allowed only if this stamp is not as described. Three months after this stamp was issued is when I came across these numbers.  Since then I have been through over 2500 lbs of mixtures and have not found a V3211, V2121 or rare V3211 peak/valley.    Place a Bid!
